Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://tidytouchllcsc.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes House Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Deep House Cleaning, Office Cleaning provided by Tidy Touch LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Tidy Touch LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Tidy Touch LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Tidy Touch LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Tidy Touch LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tidy Touch LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under SC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in SC for any related dispute.
